Rooms
The villa is generously cut with a total living space of 145 m² and can accommodate up to 8 people.
Thanks to two separate sleeping areas the house is very suitable for the visit of 2 families. The bedrooms are equipped with double or single beds.
The main living area comprises the dining and living area with WiFi, TV and DVD player. These rooms border through the large sliding door on the sunny terrace with wonderful views of the garden and sea. A simple, comfortable furnishing compliment the spacious rooms.

Good to know
The kitchen is fully equipped including washing machine, espresso machine, iron/ironing board, etc. The small grill near the entrance with a tiled table is ideal for lunch if the front terrace is too hot. Local supermarket is easy to reach by car.
If you do not feel like cooking you can enjoy the numerous pizzarias and fish restaurants in the neighborhood (10 minutes walk). Terracina itself can be easily reached by car in 15 minutes. The old town centre on the hill that was built before Rome, is definitely worth a visit.

Terracina is located between Rome und Naples.
Both cities can be reached by car in about 1,5 hours.
